A leather and brass handmade miniature horse riding boot.  This fabulously executed miniature is an exact replica of a classic riding boot, equipped with brass spur.  The boot is made in the same fashion and quality as a full size piece, and is a great piece of Gucci history.  The boot was originally designed to sit on a desk and contain pens.  The inside of the boot is filled about a third of the way in in order for the pens to be raised to a height that makes them easy to distinguish and pull from.  

The boot has the trademarked red and green woolen banded stripe at the top, and is stamped 'Gucci Made in Italy' on the heel.  The condition is excellent throughout.  Made in Italy, circa 1970's.
